Ordering & Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment can be made via credit card or debit card.
Orders are not accepted until dispatched. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any payment.

Our shipping costs are based upon product weight and can be seen in the table below. Be aware that shipping to more remote locations such as Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands will cost more.
DMZ is UK based and we are only able ship within the United Kingdom. We are no longer able to ship internationally.
We will notify you when your order has been dispatched via email, a tracking code will be included.

You have the right to return unused products to us for a full refund, provided you notify us within 30 days after you have received the goods.
You are under an obligation to return the goods to us at your own expense, unless we are at fault. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit to us.

We only collect your personal information to fulfil orders. We do not share this information other than when necessary to fulfil an order, for example with the courier.
Personal data may be kept for up to 2 years, after which it is purged.
Email addresses will only be used as a method of communication when orders are received and dispatched, or for when further communication is required. Email addresses will not be added to any kind of mailing list.
We use cookies to control sessions and allow the basket to function. No personal information is stored in these cookies.
